Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping.

Flat PKR 250 Shipping across Pakistan.

After you have placed your order, Manha's accessories take up to 2 days to look into the details and ship it at your billing/shipping address. The order takes about 3 to 5 working days to be delivered at your address. Weekends and holidays are not included in these days and the mentioned above days are just estimates. Manha's accessories do not deliver to P.O boxes. Moreover, it takes more time for the order to be delivered in the remote areas of Pakistan.

After a successful verification through a phone call, "cash on delivery" orders are dispatched. Although, in some rare cases Manha's accessories processes "cash on delivery' orders without verifying through a phone call. Those customers are either verified already or are purchasing products from a sale. Manha's accessories have the right to process orders with or without verification.

Order Tracking

If you have placed your order using a verified and active email address, you will receive an email regarding the confirmation of your purchase. This email would include details like your order number and an order tracking number. So, you will be able to enter the number on the Order tracking section available on our website, while the order is being shipped, to check its status.

International Shipping

The estimated time it takes us to authorize your payment and to further process it before shipping it to your address, is about 3-4 days. International deliveries are made using DHL/FedEx/Aramex and thus take about 10 to 12 days to deliver. However, it is important to keep it in mind that this period is likely to change under different circumstances and include working days only.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Certain taxes and duties are applied to all international orders.
• Manha's accessories do not keep a check on any local taxes or duties during your purchase and the order is shipped with all "duty and taxes" outstanding.
• After delivering the order, Manha's accessories will collect any fees that are due.
• You are responsible for paying all the outstanding and unpaid customs, imports, and collection fees.
• Manha's accessories are bounded by the customs authorities that the price of the product should be mentioned directly on your parcel.
• Each country has its own customs policies and it is not under our control. The applied taxes and additional fees vary because of different factors like item value, material, and the shipping location.
• For the clearance of customs, you must pay any additional outstanding charges that are being applied to your package(s).

Note: The colors of the products displayed on our website are shown with as much accuracy as possible. Despite all our efforts in all dimensions, it is not under our control to make sure that your screen's display is showing the same color accurately as we have displayed or not. It depends on the screen resolution and hence we are not responsible for any color changes that you might see when the product is delivered.
