Is it necessary to create a member account?

It is not a compulsion to create a member account. You can always have a look at our website, and add products to your cart and checkout as a guest. However, you will receive certain benefits after creating a member account. These are the following.

  • We will keep a record of your delivery address for the upcoming times
  • You can keep a track of all the previous orders in your member account
  • You will be able to check your order processing status before it is shipped

How to recover your account if you have forgotten your password?

There is a simple process for recovering your member account if you have forgotten your password. Press the "forgot your password" mentioned on your login page. Proceed by entering your email address and then by clicking "reset password". You will receive a set of instructions on your email address that will allow you to reset your password after you have verified your information.

How to change or update your shipping/billing address details?

You can simply log into your account and click "my account". After editing your shipping/billing address in your member account, you can save it for placing any further orders. Your password can also be updated from the options available in "my account".

How to place an order online?

After selecting a product that you would like to purchase from the Manha's accessories e-Store, you have to pick out the perfect size and color for yourself and then press the "add to cart" option. You will receive a pop-up notification that the product has been added to your cart. After clicking the "proceed to checkout" button, you will have to provide all the necessary information required on the checkout page which includes shipping/billing addresses, a valid mobile number, and email address. In the end, you will have to pick out a payment option, that would be suitable for you, from the provided drop-down list. Click "place order" and it is done.

How do I know that my order is placed or not?

After you have placed an order at Manha's accessories eStore, you will receive an email regarding its confirmation well within time. The confirmation email comprises of some important details like your order summary, invoice, and order number. Since Manha's accessories have a really precise and fast email system, you will receive this information as soon as possible. In case you do not receive the confirmation email, it would mean that your order has not been placed successfully.

Why does my cart shows an item I have selected as "unavailable"?

When your cart shows a product as "unavailable", it would mean that the product is currently out of stock. It happened because even after you have added an item to your cart, it does not mean that it has been reserved for you. The product is still available for other customers unless you check out and purchase it. After a product is displayed in your cart as "unavailable", you will have to remove this product from your cart and then proceed towards the checkout. Can I cancel my order?

While you are still having a look at our collection and shopping, you can easily remove the item from your cart, cancel your order or update your cart after clicking the "Shopping cart" option.    The prices mentioned at our website are in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) by default and it includes GST.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

An order takes about 7 working days to be shipped across Pakistan. For International orders, it takes about 14 working days to be delivered.

What courier services do Manha's accessories use for delivering their products?

Call courier or TCS is used in Pakistan for the orders to be delivered. International deliveries are shipped using the DHL or Fedex Courier Co.

What happens if I am unavailable on the time at which the order is being delivered?

Courier person makes two attempts to hand over your parcel to you at your mentioned shipping/billing address. You must mention the correct address and postal code while you are placing your order. In case, the courier person does not receive a response on the second attempt, your order returns to the Manha's accessories head office.
